- Yes. Roman and Kaelea — that’s the whole crew. Occasionally we’ll bring a third hand on bigger cleanups, but on a normal weekly visit it’s the two of us, same truck, same morning.
- Both. Weekly and bi-weekly are most of what we do (the lawn stays healthier and the price is lower per visit), but one-time cleanups, pre-listing prep, and move-in resets are normal for us too.
- Monthly flat-rate billing on a card or ACH for recurring customers — invoice on the 1st for the month ahead. One-time work is invoiced when the job is done.
- Yes — general liability on the LLC. Happy to send the certificate to your property manager or HOA if they ask.
- If a storm rolls through on your service day we push to the next dry morning, usually within 24–48 hours. You’ll get a text from us — we don’t just disappear.
- Only when you ask, and never near edibles (citrus, herb beds, garden boxes) without checking with you first. Most of our weed work is hand-pulled or pre-emergent in late winter.
- Yes — early to mid October most years. We scalp, seed with rye, and adjust the irrigation schedule. Tell us by mid-September if you want it on the route.
